Usage Instructions

Your complete lip care routine, day and night.

Step 1 — BUFF (2–3x a week): Gently massage onto lips in a circular motion to lift away dry, flaky skin. Wipe off with a damp cloth. This preps your lips so everything after absorbs better.

Step 2 — QUENCH (as needed): Roll on for fast-absorbing hydration any time of day. If it thickens in cold weather, warm the bottle in your hands for a minute.

Step 3 — PROTECT (daytime): Apply a thin layer before heading outdoors. Shields against wind, sun and cold for up to 8 hours.

Step 4 — RESTORE (overnight): Apply a generous layer before bed and leave overnight. Wake up to softer, smoother lips.

“Nothing has worked like this.”

Nothing has worked like this. My 16-year-old has chronically dry lips and is a habitual picker. We’ve tried everything - pharmacy balms, medicated sticks, ‘natural’ options - some helped a little and some just stopped it getting worse. But none of them resolved the dryness. Trail Armour Protect actually broke the loop. Within a couple of days her lips were calmer, smoother, and no longer splitting. The urge to pick dropped because there was nothing to pull at. No sting. Does PROTECT have SPF?
Trail Armour isn't a sunscreen and we don't make SPF claims. However, several of our ingredients — including raspberry seed oil and jojoba oil — have been shown in peer-reviewed research to have natural UV-absorbing properties. We always recommend wearing sunscreen alongside your lip care for full sun protection.
What order do I use them in?
BUFF to exfoliate 2–3 times a week, QUENCH for hydration through the day, PROTECT as your daytime shield, and RESTORE overnight. BUFF and QUENCH as needed; PROTECT by day; RESTORE by night.
