I feel the product is averagely okay - definitely doesn’t last more than 2 hours which is similar to regular chapstick, but at least does last that long! I’d go back to chapstick personally for the price difference. I did try to get in touch to discuss/ troubleshoot as per the review email request, but didn’t hear back unfortunately which was disappointing for a small business especially.
