Nothing has worked like this. My 16-year-old has chronically dry lips and is a habitual picker. We’ve tried everything - pharmacy balms, medicated sticks, ‘natural’ options - some helped a little and some just stopped it getting worse. But none of them resolved the dryness. Does PROTECT have SPF?
Trail Armour isn't a sunscreen and we don't make SPF claims. However, several of our ingredients — including raspberry seed oil and jojoba oil — have been shown in peer-reviewed research to have natural UV-absorbing properties. We always recommend wearing sunscreen alongside your lip care for full sun protection.
How do I use them together?
Roll on QUENCH first for hydration, let it absorb, then layer PROTECT over the top. QUENCH moisturises, PROTECT locks it in and defends against the elements.
How long does PROTECT last?
Up to 8 hours from a single application — enough for a full day outdoors without constant reapplying.
Is it greasy?
No. QUENCH absorbs within minutes with no sticky residue, and PROTECT creates a breathable barrier rather than a heavy coating.
